We reserve the right to cancel a course or class if there is a problem with the class size or venue. In the event of cancellation, your fee will be returned to you and we will offer you another course to attend with us. Should you need to cancel a booking, we would require 14 days notice before the course start date, in order to provide you with a full refund.
For one off bookings such as seasonal specials:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, your fee will be returned to you.
Once payment is made, no refunds can be issued for one off workshops.
In the event that your class teacher is ill on the day of your class. Your teacher will communicate this via email and the class in question will be moved to the end of the term.
