Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
How to cancel or reschedule
Send all requests in writing to niki@nikimatyjasik.co.uk
Notice is counted in full calendar days before the event start date/time. The date we receive your written request is the date used.
Cancelling
14+ days before: full refund, or free transfer to a future equivalent event.
7–13 days before: 50% refund, or free transfer.
Within 7 days, or no-show: no refund.
Rescheduling and transfers
Move your own place to one future equivalent event with 7+ days notice (one transfer per booking).
Give your place to another woman who fits the event, free, up to 48 hours before the start.
More than 14 days before: refund less a non-refundable deposit element of 15%.
Rescheduling and transfers
Transfer once to the next forthcoming Mastermind Day with 14+ days notice, instead of a refund.
Transfer your seat to another eligible woman at any time, with notice, at no charge.
Payment plan: If offered, define whether instalments remain due after the non-refundable date.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the month already paid for; no part-month refunds.
There is no pause and no reschedule for membership — cancelling is the only option, and rejoining is at the then-current price (see the Terms & Conditions, section 6).
The membership may carry a statutory 14-day cooling-off right from the join date; handle via immediate-access-on-request wording.
Applies to: 60-minute Sounding Board, Trailblazing Females Hotline, 1:1 Strategy Days, Work With Me Where I Am, Trailblazing Females by the Sea.
Sessions (Sounding Board, Hotline, single 1:1s)
Reschedule free with 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours the session is treated as used and isn't refundable, though one courtesy reschedule may be offered at Niki's discretion.
Retreats and strategy days (travel/venue involved)
Deposit at booking, balance by a set date, non-refundable after that date.
Travel and accommodation (unless explicitly included) are the attendee's responsibility and aren't refundable by us.
If we cancel, you'll be offered a transfer to the rescheduled date or a full refund.
If we change the date, time or venue, you may transfer to the new date or request a full refund.
