Welcome! I'm Sama, and I'm a fitness instructor with 6+ years experience. Whilst I come from a pre and postnatal background, my TWS classes are designed for anyone looking to build strength, boost energy, and feel good in their body- whether you're getting back into exercise or pushing your training further.

You can currently book onto my brand new Sculpt class. Personal training and small group PT is coming very soon.
