Approved by awarding body for Certificate of Professional Competence (Haulage) - Skills and Education Group Awards (SEG) Centre 4245, Transportwise conducts examinations at our training centre in Telford, where we have delivered classroom-based courses since 2009.
Our courses & services are designed to help you whether you are an existing transport professional, or you are wishing to qualify for your transport managers CPC, improve your skills and advance your career.

Refund policy

We understand that circumstances change and we are driven to cooperate with necessary amendment, deferment and cancellation.
Providing that we receive new instructions in writing, we will apply the following policy.
Cancellation within 7 days from the published start date of your course - NO REFUND.
Cancellation between 8 and 30 days from the published start date of your course - 60% of your fee will be refunded.
Cancellation between 31 and 50 days from the published start date of your course - 70% of your fee will be refunded.
Cancellation of bookings that are more than 50 days from the published start date of your course - 85% of your fee will be refunded.
Deferment of a course place can normally be made without additional fees when the examination entry window remains open for the examination series associated to your course. It is not possible to cancel after the entry window closes. New examination fees will be advised, however the class fees element of your booking will be protected.
