Refund policy

A 3 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO ALL CLASSES

SINGLE SESSIONS

  • No refunds are given on any single session tickets purchased.
  • Single sessions can be cancelled/transferred with more than 3 hours notice where you will be able to reschedule for a different date.
  • Any sessions cancelled less than 3 hours before the start time of your class will not be able to be rescheduled or refunded.

CLASS PASSES

MORE THAN 3 hours notice:
Please cancel/transfer on the system.
Your session will be returned to you.

LESS THAN 3 hours notice:
Kindly cancel by messaging us.
Your session will be non-transferrable/non-refundable.

  • Refunds cannot be made once a class pass is purchased.

  • Sessions booked under a class pass cannot be guaranteed in terms of day or time so please check availability before purchase.

  • Sessions must be used within the same calendar month as purchased.

  • Any unused sessions will unfortunately be non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Sessions cannot be given or sold to friends.
