Refund policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Once a class or session has been booked and paid for, we’re unable to offer refunds if you’re unable to attend for any reason (including illness, holidays, or isolation).
Don’t worry though — you have a couple of options if this happens:
a. You’re welcome to send a friend along in your place for that session.
b. We can offer you a play session credit, which can be used within one month of the missed class/session.
