Join Julia, Sauna Master & Sound Practitioner, for a magical Summer Solstice gathering. Begin the morning with herbal tea and refreshments around the fire pit (weather permitting) as dawn breaks across the lake and the first rays of summer light touch the water.

Then immerse yourself in the warmth of our wood-fired sauna, where sound and heat come together in a deeply restorative experience. Relax into soothing sounds, aromatic steam and moments of stillness before embracing the invigorating waters of our beautiful spring-fed lake.
