Building on the foundations of the Sauna Master journey, this three-day immersive training takes you further into the art and science of sauna mastery. Designed for those who have completed the Foundation Training, this program expands your skills with refined techniques, deeper knowledge, and hands-on experience.

What you’ll explore:
-Essential Oils & Aromatherapy – Exploring essential oils in more detail and gaining knowledge on advanced blending, diffusion to enhance both atmosphere and wellbeing effects of your rituals

-Infusions – Discover how to prepare and use herbal/floral waters, infusions teas and preparations, unlocking the subtle energies of plants to transform the sauna session.

-Heat Distribution Techniques – Advance your understanding of heat dynamics through the use of fans, whisks, and other methods to guide, soften, or intensify the sauna experience.

-Refined Sauna Rituals – Weave together breath, rhythm, and natural elements to create journeys that balance relaxation, energy, and restoration.
