Refund Policy:
Twin Peaks Diving Centre’s refund policy attempts to accommodate its customers’
needs as much as possible in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions
guidelines:
A FULL REFUND* will be issued to the customer in the following circumstances:
If cancellation by our guest takes place more than 3 days prior to schedule start of
dive trip or course.
A 50% REFUND* will be issued to the customer in the following circumstances:
If cancellation by our customer takes place more than 2 days prior to schedule start
of dive trip or course.
NO REFUND* will be issued to the customer in the following circumstances:
If cancellation by our guest takes place 2 days or less from the schedule start of dive
trip or course.
In the event of a customer being absent at the scheduled start time of the diving trip /
course.
PEAK SEASON EXCEPTION – During Peak Season (from 1st July to 31st
September), refunds cannot be given for bookings unless 7 days or more notice is
given.
Please note that the above terms & conditions are what you should expect as worst case scenario. Twin Peaks Diving Centre will do everything possible to keep
cancellation / amendment costs to a minimum. Each cancellation case will be
individually evaluated by our team to determine if there were any conditions that will
warrant additional refunds.
- Please note, refunds cannot be given for SDI materials or eLearning pre-purchased. These can be used at any SDI Dive Centre and have no expiry limits to their use. A 20% administration fee is applicable for cancellations except 50% and no refunds.
Cancellation by Twin Peaks Diving Centre
In the case where cancellation has been made by Twin Peaks Diving Centre due to
weather condition we offer a 100% refund.
