Uttlesford Community Action Network - the community charity for Uttlesford

UCAN is a registered charity serving the people of Uttlesford in Essex. Our mission is to reduce loneliness and isolation, and improve the quality of life for everyone who lives in our beautiful district.

We provide a range of services that support residents independence, but provide a vital connection to neighbours and communities. We also work in partnership with other organisations like the NHS and local healthcare providers, to help people on their journey home from hospital, to provide vaccinations against flu and COVID and activities that support people living with Dementia and their carers.
