Women's 5Rhythms Full Moon Dance: outside in nature 🌕🌸🌱
These dances are an invitation for all women to come together to dance the 5Rhythms and experience this in relation to the full moon.
This month we will dance with the full moon moving into Capricorn ~ Earthy & Nurturing ~ a prefect time to be dancing outdoors in nature
We will use the grounding & yielding feminine energies of the garden and the dance to support us to connect to ourselves; body, heart & mind. To use the dance to activate, release and let go safely. Dancing through the chaos of these times, supported by nature and the togetherness of women, we can align ourselves with soul, love and our higher purpose.
We will be dancing in nature in the beautiful private gardens at Brockwell Park, South London ~ using silent disco headsets for a full immersion into the physical & musical landscapes of the 5Rhythms. We will dance amongst the summer flowers and fruits, herb garden, squirrels, mice, foxes, the birds & the bees! Connecting with the nature within us and all around us. And the full moon shining above us.
This is a weather dependent one off event! We will dance in light rain, however for heavy or constant rain we will cancel - (please see ticket policy below for info on tickets if cancelled)

We will be using special silent disco headphones to receive the music and the facilitation, which we will provide for each dancer.
Our doors will open at 6.30pm for a 6.50pm start when we will begin our safety briefing and close the entry gate. ** Please ensure you can arrive BEFORE 6.50pm before booking a place.** Unfortunately there will be no entry, and no refund, for anyone who can’t be there for the safety check in at 6.50pm.
TIMINGS
6.30pm Doors open, arrive ~ pick up headsets & explore the gardens
6.50pm Safety Briefing starts (no entry after 6.20pm)
7pm Dance
8.50pm Closing Circle
9pm Ends
Garden will be open until 9.30pm if you wish to stay a while after the dance
We will dance in a private space which includes toilet facilities.

This is a weather dependent event! We will dance in light rain, however for heavy or constant rain we will cancel - if this is the case refunds can be offered, or transfers/credits to one of Nikki's other (mixed) events or if you still wish to dance in the garden and there are spaces available you can transfer your ticket to a 2025 Simply Being 5Rhythms garden session - these dances are held by Rich Wiltshire - please note these are mixed groups not women only.
The cost for this unique session is a little higher than usual. The money goes towards venue hire, itself a community project, the silent disco equipment, as well as a 10% contribution to Unbound Moving Arts CIC who are hosting this event on their bookwhen site, and whose profits go towards their reach-out work. Numbers are also limited to give us space to dance comfortably together. Please be generous if you can, a full price ticket helps us offer reduced and concession places. thank you
TICKET POLICY
As this is a one off event we don't offer refunds after midday the day before the dance - if you find you cannot attend you have some options
GIFT OR SELL - your ticket to a friend - please remember to give us the name and email however or they won't be on our door list and won't be admitted to dance.

ACTIVATE THE WAITING LIST - if there is a waiting list (this will be indicated on the booking site) you can contact nikki to activate this - if your ticket sells this way we will refund your ticket minus a £2.50 admin fee (that is donated to our Community interest company)
Please remember activating the waiting list does not guarantee your ticket will sell
Please note : This option is available up to 3pm on the day of the dance - after which time there is no access to the waiting list
