Join us for an embodied exploration of the 5Rhythms Elements Map: Flowing (Earth), Staccato (Fire), Chaos (Water), Lyrical (Air), and Stillness (Ether). These are the essential elements of all creation—the raw materials of life and the energies we are made of.
As we move with them, we remember that beneath our ‘sophistication,’ we are part of the natural order—a dynamic, reciprocal dance of change and transformation. Each Element is a gateway, bringing us closer to our own true nature and potential, and deepening our connection with the world around us. To embody them is to accept an invitation to be fully present in the everyday and to reconnect with the life force that moves through all things.
Saturday we’ll be indoors, immersed in the sophistication of our theatre space and surround sound system—an environment to dive deep and explore. On Sunday, we’ll move outdoors, rewilding ourselves in nature, guided by the elements & the living landscape surrounding us.
Every body is welcome, with all abilities included. (Access note, the nature-based work takes place in forested areas and requires travel.) This workshop is for both experienced 5Rhythms dancers and curious beginners alike.

Numbers are limited to give us space to dance comfortably together. Please be generous if you can, a regular ticket helps us offer concession places. thank you. 10% of ticket sales are contributed to our community interest company which supports our reach out work.

Refunds are offered up to 48hrs before the workshop (with a £2.50 admin fee per ticket) Dancers are also permitted to gift/sell on their ticket or contact Nikki to activate the waiting list (if there is one) If ticket sells on the waiting list you will be refunded minus an £2.50 admin fee - waiting list is offered up to 9am on the day of the workshop.
