Nikki has been dancing & studying the 5Rhythms for 19 years. Coming from a background in Traditional, Educational and Forum Theatre she trained to teach in 2014 with Jonathan Horan, son of Gabrielle Roth. A founding member of the dancingTao CIC, which has now reformed as Unbound Moving Arts. Her current workshops and classes are for all, as well as specialising in holding spaces for women & elders. Alongside teaching Nikki has enjoyed deepening her learning and love for the 5Rhythms through being a mentor to teachers in training. She lives in London and loves to take her practice outdoors, seeking out green spaces and woodlands to move in.
