Upwey Wishing Well offers something increasingly rare, a genuinely restorative setting. With its stunning location, beautiful water gardens, nourishing food and warm, welcoming staff, it already gives people the chance to slow down and feel cared for. It is a place where visitors can step away from the pressures of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
 
Introducing Wishing Well-Being: Talks & Movement Sessions feels like a natural next step. In a stressful and demanding world, Upwey Wishing Well can offer not only a peaceful escape, but also a space for expert insight, practical support and shared experiences that make wellbeing feel real, relevant and accessible. All sessions will end with a meal provided to which you can enjoy in our tearoom or on our gardens.
