Refund Policy
At Urban Arcane Games, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the date of the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date, but before midnight on the day of the event, are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are available on the day of the event, though exceptions may be made at the discretion of Urban Arcane Games management.

Example:
For a Saturday event:

• Cancel before Friday 12:00 AM → Full refund
• Cancel between Friday 12:00 AM and Saturday 12:00 AM → 50% refund
• Cancel any time on Saturday → No refund unless approved by management
