A dance fitness class done entirely to rock music containing lunges, squats, kicks, punches and dance choreography. There are low and high impact versions of all the moves so that you can go at your own pace. Come and join in the fun for an hour! 🤘🏻
It takes place in the venue above the Blackheart pub. Wear something comfortable. Water is available.
