A fitness class done entirely to rock music. Includes punches, kicks, squats, lunges and dance choreography. Low and high impact options available. You can have a rest whenever you like and it doesn't matter if you don't get the choreography right. Just come and have fun! 🤘🏻
Wear comfortable clothing, and trainers if possible or comfortable shoes.
