As part of the Redbridge Outdoor Arts Programme 2026:
Join the choreographer of July show Roots to Rise, Nandita Shankardass, for a pre-show dance workshop inspired by the themes of the show.
Through mindful moments and creative movement, this intergenerational workshop invites you to tune into yourself and connect with your surroundings.
As part of this experience, you can choose to share your movements within the performance of Roots to Rise, which follows this workshop at 1pm on Ilford High Street, alongside the cast and community.
Discover how dance can encourage you to connect, create, and bloom!
Open to all abilities and you are welcome to participate at your own pace.
Suitable for children 5yrs+ and their families.
