Dance can have many benefits to our well-being: physically, mentally and emotionally. So why not come along to a FREE dance fitness class?
You can expect elements of Zumba, Bollywood, and other types of dance taught to fun, engaging music.
Attendees do not need to be experienced in dance, fitness or exercise; no matter the age or fitness level, anyone can join and reap the positive benefits of joining the session!
Please wear loose fitting clothing and a bottle of water to remain hydrated.
One of the following ID Required on the day of the event.

● Utility Bill (in participant’s name)
