Cancellation and Refund Policy for sessions booked through BookWhen
online yoga class bookings: Pre-booked classes are to be paid for in advance. Classes will automatically be deducted from your class pass or you can purchase individual classes with any debit or credit card
Class cancellations: class bookings can be cancelled up to two hours in advance only online. If you paid with your class pass, your class will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within two hours of the class start time will not be credited back to your class or refunded.
If you are a Weiss Balance Yoga Member please note that a no-show three or more times over a one month period will mean that your option to book online will be suspended for a month. To avoid this, simply cancel online to open up the space.

Terms and Conditions of Weiss Balance Yoga Membership
The membership is a recurring monthly card payment which auto-renews automatically, every month, and is taken on the same day each month. There is no minimum term and you can cancel or suspend at any time.
The Weiss Balance Yoga membership includes unlimited classes and access to our online classes too!
If you would like to suspend or cancel your membership, let us know in writing at info@weiss-balance-yoga.com and please give at least seven days’ notice prior to your renewal date.
Please note: I cannot offer any refunds.
If your card is replaced, please provide us with new card details as soon as possible so your membership can continue.
Any suspensions will result in changes to your renewal date.

Terms and Conditions of One to One, Group Sessions
Classes must be paid for in advance. Any changes to class times, or cancellations must be made 12 hours in advance of the start time of the class. Please note your instructor may have commitments straight after, so start times and end times must be adhered to. If the client (you) is late for the class, your instructor will try to teach the full class time but reserves the right to finish the class at the agreed time. If your instructor is less than 20 minutes late, the missed time will be added onto a future class. If more than 20 minutes, you will have the right to a free one to one session.

Special Events
Workshops, Courses & Retreats must be paid in full in advance prior of to the start date. Any cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the start time of the event. A 50% refund will be given. Any cancellations later than 72 hours prior to the event will not be refunded.
