The small print

All session bookings are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule or transfer your booking up to 24 hours before the start time.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals may not be able to enter once the session begins.
Check your confirmation email for details on parking and directions to the venue.

Refund policy

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Wellbeing Methods. I am committed to providing high-quality soundbaths, workshops, and wellbeing services. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, I kindly ask that you review my no refund policy below:

No Refunds for Bookings:
All bookings are non-refundable. This includes cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.

Rescheduling Options:
If you are unable to attend an event or session, I may be able to offer a rescheduling option, subject to availability. Please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to discuss.

Exceptional Circumstances:
I understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to offer a suitable solution, such as transferring your booking to a future event.

Event Cancellations by Me:
If I need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered the option to transfer your booking to a future date or receive a full refund.

By booking an event or service, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
