A focused, slower-paced class combining Pilates with self-myofascial release techniques to ease tight muscles and improve mobility.
Using foam rollers, massage balls and bands, we release tension in fascia and trigger points before layering in controlled Pilates exercises to build strength, stability and better alignment.
Ideal for relieving tight shoulders, hips and lower back — and for anyone wanting to move with more ease and efficiency.
