Winter Unwind: 3-Week Online Series 🌙

December can feel overwhelming - the build-up, the pressure, the endless to-do lists. For some, it’s joyful; for others, it can bring stress and fatigue. Winter Unwind invites you to meet the season differently - by slowing down, softening, and creating space for calm as the year comes to a close.

Each week we’ll gather online for a soothing blend of breathwork, meditation, and guided deep relaxation. These practices will help you unwind, settle your nervous system, support your immunity, and bring your body and mind back into balance.

✨ You’re encouraged to get yourself ready for bed before each session — pyjamas on, lights low, warm. drink in hand. Give yourself permission for one early night each week. Your body and mind will be deeply grateful for the rest, and you’ll feel the difference in your energy, focus, and mood as the days go by.

Rest deeply. Breathe fully. Unwind completely.

Instructions

The most important thing is to be comfortable!

  • Cushion or chair to sit on
  • Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
  • Loose comfortable clothes - I would suggest getting into your PJ's
  • Water and/or warm drink
  • Blanket to stay cosy for relaxation
