Crabbing Safari's and Sightseeing Trips

Weymouth Shellfish Charters offer a variety of Crab potting trips and sightseeing trips run from Weymouth harbour aboard our new vessel, Drifter. Enjoy a fun trip with us, like our unique Crab potting experience where we will pull a variety of Crab pots and you can see whats lurking inside! From Crab, Lobsters, small fish, Prawns and more, you will get to experience the local wildlife and see our sustainable fishing methods first hand! If that's not for you then we also offer a selection of relaxing sightseeing Cruises along the beautiful Jurassic coastline and we are planning some alternative crabbing trips, hopefully coming soon!!

You can view and book our available trips below. To book, simply select a date and time, view details and select the amount of tickets. Payment can be made online using most major Credit/Debit cards. Our availability updates automatically so if there are no tickets available or no trips on your preferred day then i'm afraid we have no availability.

Refund policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy - All Trips
If the skipper deems the weather (wind) unsuitable for the trip to safely go ahead, or the minimum number of passengers hasn't been met then the trip will be canceled with as much notice as possible. We will usually cancel due to weather the night before but it can be on the day depending on the forecast. The trip will go ahead if it is raining so please bring suitable clothing and footwear.

If your trip is canceled you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund if a date can't be agreed. If you choose the refund then you will receive a cancellation email and a refund which is handled by our provider (this can take up to 10 days)

If you would like to cancel your booking then a full refund will be given up to 48 hours before departure time. To cancel, click the 'View booking' button in the confirmation email and follow the instructions. You can also change your booking to another slot up to 48 hours before departure. No refund will be given for trips canceled less than 48 hours prior to departure.
