You may TRANSFER your ticket 1hr before the start time to another available workout.
You may CANCEL your ticket 48hrs before the start time for a refund. You must also contact the treasurer directly treasurer@wh2o.org

Paid reservations may be transferred to another comparably priced workout up to 1 hour prior to the workout start time.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the workout start time will be fully refunded in 3-5 business days. You must also contact the treasurer directly for your refund treasurer@wh2o.org
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workout start time are not eligible for refunds. We encourage you to transfer the booking to another workout time instead.
No-shows will not receive refunds.
