Events
All event bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds, credits, or date transfers will be offered under any circumstances.
Adventure Play Sessions
Adventure Play session bookings may be cancelled or transferred up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit.
Transfers (rescheduling to another date/time) must also be requested at least 24 hours before the session.
Any cancellations or transfer requests made within 24 hours of the booking may not be accepted, and no refund or credit will be issued.
