Wild & Free Outdoor Play Space

To guarantee a space all sessions must be pre booked using the online booking system.
Sessions at Wild & Free are suitable for children aged 18months - 4years. Younger siblings of children aged 18 months - 4 years may attend. Please do not book on any child aged 5 or above as they will be refused entry.
Please arrive in time for your booked session to ensure full allotted time is spent at the facility - lost time due to late arrival will not be allocated at the end of or to an additional session.
Please ensure that all attendees are registered for at the time of online booking due to capacity regulations.
Full payment will be required at time of booking.
Sessions are non-refundable but can be transferred up to 24 hours prior to the booked session commencing either via the booking system or by email correspondence.
We have the right to cancel any session due to circumstances out of our control that could cause the play environment to be unsafe - Adverse weather policy.
We have the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
For canceled sessions a full refund will be issued or the option to transfer to another session will be offered.
