REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately we can not issue refunds for changes in your personal circumstances. We would only re-schedule a session if we had absolutely no other option, whereby the weather conditions are too severe for us to operate safely. YOU & YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY. If we reschedule a session, we will provide you with as much notice as we can & another session-time will be offered. If you cannot make the proposed date, then WOODLAND CREDIT will be given to you to use at another convenient session at the same price point/value. Thank you for understanding. Jennie & Janine 🐞🍃🐌
