We currently offer free taster sessions for: • Pole Fitness • Aerial Hoop • Kids & Teens Aerial
To book adults tasters, click on the grey button below to filter for them, to book your first kids/teens free taster add any of the kids/teens classes to your basket and use the code KIDSTASTERCLASS for your first class free!
If you’d like to try an adults class sooner, you’re very welcome to book a single pay-as-you-go class from the timetable.
Please note: we do not currently offer free tasters for Bungee Fitness, Aerial Silks, Aerial Yoga, or Women’s PT. If you’d like to try any of these, simply book a single paid session via the timetable below.
