We understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. In order to maintain a consistent and high-quality experience for all families, we’ve created the following policy:
-Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be refunded or transferred to a future session (based on availability).
-Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds or credits.
-Sessions are held rain or shine! You will be notified by your instructor up to 2 hrs prior to the session of any changes to location or cancellations in the event of inclement weather conditions.
-In the case of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the session will be rescheduled or a credit will be issued.
