Cancellations & Refund Policy

If cancellation requested is initiated by the Customer:

Prior to 7 days to go to your event.

• Cancellations can be made by the customer up to 7 days before the beginning of their booked event directly through Bookwhen. Refund requests initiated by the customer will be paid back minus the Bookwhen 2% booking fee which W.I.L.D. has already been charged as this is non-refundable.

Other Options - Could you transfer your ticket? Or accept a Credit note voucher?

• Another option is to request to transfer your ticket to another W.I.L.D. event so please do check out what else is available. Or you can opt to receive a credit note voucher for the full value of your booking, to use on your next booking with W.I.L.D. in the future.

Within 7 days to go to event.

• If you are unable to attend within the 7 days prior to your event and need to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best if possible to resell your ticket/s as we often have waiting lists. If we do manage to resell, you will receive a full refund paid minus the 2% Bookwhen booking fee that W.I.L.D. has already been charged.

We will always do our best to help & accommodate customer requests but please contact us as early as possible!

If Cancellation is initiated by W.I.L.D:

• In the event that W.I.L.D. has to unfortunately cancel an event for example due to bad weather or Government Covid-19 Guidance restrictions we will firstly aim to offer you a transfer to a rescheduled date. If that date is unsuitable you will have the option of either receiving a full credit note voucher to spend on your next booking with W.I.L.D. or a straight full refund. Refunds take 5-10 days to process through our payment partner STRIPE.

Customers holding W.I.L.D. credit note vouchers will get priority booking email notifications in advance for new sessions when dates are released.
