Welcome to Willow's Forest School. We run a variety of outdoor classes for a variety of ages in Surrey.

Willow's is something that has organically grown from the off! We started in a tiny woodlands at the back of a pub in Chertsey, not ideal but we found ourselves in a make or break situation! Fortunately it was a make and within a year of running we had been offered 2 other locations which are still thriving and we are so thankful to The Golden Grove for being our stepping stone! As we grew, our team grew and back in 2013 it was such a new concept. Our team are made up of a group of mums, who are all trained as a Level 2 or 3 in Forest School, so we have a wealth of experience and we take so much pride in what we do. We are a really warm, friendly bunch and extremely proud of our achievements! Many of our parent customers are now team members and we are now running from 5 sites! We have the best job, seeing our little forest folk grow in confidence over the months is just the best thing ever! Come and join us, you will not be disappointed, every chid gets something positive from Forest School...and the accompanying adults too...this is why so many join our team, as they miss us when their child leaves to go to BIG SCHOOL ! It is fabulous how we have grown so organically over the years and we love every day like it's our first!

This is what we offer.......
If you fancy bringing you and your baby to a lovely relaxed coffee morning (with toasted marshmallows!) why not come and join us. This class is more for mums to come together with their new born - 1 year old and have some time together and maybe make friends for life. Our forest is set, so there is a baby sensory area and mud play area depending on the age and development of each baby. Some may sleep in our hammocks, whilst others are memorised by the trees. Come and make some memories with us! Please bring your own cup with a lid and anything your baby requires. Our Forest School Taster Classes are for 2 hours and are suitable for 1 - 4 years. You are welcome to book one class with us, once your little one is 1 years old. These tickets are non refundable and we are running a Special Offer during the month of September. This is only for customers that are new to us and are bringing their child for the FIRST time. Our Stay & Play classes are for 1 hour and are a great introduction into Forest School, suitable for 1-4 years, accompanied. 1000-1100 You can upgrade any time by emailing us. Please note this does not include the campfire. https://bookwhen.com/willowsforestschool

Our Forest School classes are for 2 hours and are suitable for children aged 1-4 years. These classes are the most popular. These classes are accompanied however if you have a child aged 3-4 year old who you feel is ready for coming unaccompanied, please chat with the Leader of your class. We have a handful of slots per session and some children make the transition of attending unaccompanied by staying with the same team, same location and class. The children will be given a tabard and they will form a little team with the other unaccompanied children. The Summer Term 2023 has been launched and you are welcome to pay in instalments, when booking our 2 hour classes. Please book by January, so you can then pay in 4 instalments, the earlier you book the lower the monthly payments are. We do ask for instalments to be paid on time and by the time the term starts.

If you miss a class, we do not offer a refund but we do allow you to offer your ticket to a friend of your choice. The form is below on the booking form along with the kit list etc. You just need to print out, complete and your friend must hand to the Leader at the registration point. This is limited once a term per family.

Our very popular holiday workshops and mini camps are available to book. These classes are for 4-11 years and 1-5 years and run from 1000-1500 and 1000-1200. We have a team that will be running camps for 4-11 years, at Elm Nursery, GU47QD for most of the holiday breaks. Refund policy

We will offer a refund if we have to cancel a session due to staff sickness. We are not able to offer a refund if your child cannot attend, once booked.

If you are booked during the term time, if you notify us before the term starts that you cannot attend then we can offer your place to the waiting lists and if your space is taken, we will refund you minus an admin fee of 10% of the total fee. If there are no takers, we cannot offer you a refund.

Additionally for those who have booked a space during the school holidays and wish to cancel we will refund you minus a 10% charge based on giving us 10 working days notice. If you wish to cancel after this time and up to 24 hours beforehand we will refund you if we are able to rebook the space. If you cancel 24 hours beforehand or on the actual day no refund will be granted.

We do not refund if we have to cancel due to weather conditions, pandemics or anything out of our control and you will be offered an alternative class.
