You are always the right age to start and to continue Pilates.
These Beginners Progression classes are designed for those who have already completed an introductory beginners block and would like to build steadily on what they have already learned.
The pace remains considered and supportive, while the work gently progresses as strength, confidence and body awareness improve.
Classes will revisit and deepen the core principles of the Pilates Method, alignment, breathing, pelvic floor and deep abdominal recruitment, while introducing carefully layered progressions.
The focus is on developing core strength, improving flexibility and moving more freely, all while remaining safe and injury-aware.
The classes will not become overly complex, allowing time to consolidate technique and enjoy the benefits of mindful, well-taught movement.
Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 9, ensuring individual attention and thoughtful guidance throughout.
Pilates is not a short-term solution between injuries; it is a long-term practice that supports resilience, ease of movement and confidence in everyday life.
Level: Beginners Progression
All equipment is provided, so all you need to do is turn up in comfortable clothes to move in easily, however you are welcome to bring your own mat and head cushion if you would prefer.
