Kate is a Body Control Pilates Certified Teacher who originally trained and worked as a dancer. Her interest in and love of movement led to her training to become a Body Control Pilates Certified Teacher.
Since qualifying Kate has undertaken further training:-
She has a Level 3 Certificate in Designing Pilates Programmes for Bone Health and is therefore qualified to teach clients with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis.
Kate is also a qualified Back4Good Practitioner having completed the Body Control Pilates Low Back Pain course.
She has also undertaken additional training relating to Scoliosis and Diastasis Recti.
To maintain her own Pilates practice Kate attends one to two Mat classes a week.
