Emili completed her 300-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India, and brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping students find calm and balance through their practice.
Yin Yoga is a calming and meditative practice designed to release deep tension, improve flexibility, and enhance relaxation. By holding poses for several minutes, this style targets the body's deeper connective tissues, such as fascia and ligaments, which can improve joint mobility and overall flexibility.
