In this one-hour session Amanda Smith explores the relationship between menopause, bone health, and joint health, with a focus on the physiological and musculoskeletal changes associated with hormonal transition.

The session examines the impact of reduced oestrogen on bones, joints, muscles and connective tissues, alongside current evidence relating to osteoporosis, joint pain, falls risk and healthy ageing.
