Mindful movement to improve strength, flexibility and balance of both body and mind. This class is suitable for anyone who wants to explore the more subtle nature of yoga, we will spend more time with meditation and pranayama (breathing techniques). Each pose will be carefully set up and adapted to each participant making this class perfect if you have or are recovering from injury, are learning the poses, are pregnant or just fancy a slower style practice. And of course the class would not be complete without a good dose of relaxation towards the end. Please bring your own mat or let me know in advance if you are not able to do so.
