Yoga Classes

The Hatha Yoga class focuses on strengthening the spine, improving flexibility and balance. As the mind concentrates on combining slow breathing with a series of postures, the class becomes your 'me time', letting go of daily stress, leaving you with a light mind and stronger body. Equipment required: yoga mat.
