Refunds are only if classes are cancelled due to unforseen circumstances.
For individual classes you can request a refund or it will automatically go to the next class on the week day you had originally booked.
For block bookings of 3 or season passes of 7 classes you can request a refund or it will automatically go to the next class on the week day you had originally booked.
