Weekly/monthly hatha, yin and sound healing classes in Troon, Irvine, Kilwinning & Dundonald Castle, Ayrshire, Scotland - helping you find balance, ease stress, build strength and supporting your wellbeing with knowledge and care. Our classes are suitable for all levels of experience and blend breath awareness, movement, mindfulness, poetry (I'm also an English teacher) and guided mediation. Refund policy

If you cannot attend a class, your payment can be transferred to another class , on the condition that you cancel within within 4 hours of the original class starting. I can offer a refund if I can fill your space in time.
