Join Rachel & Adele for a morning of Yoga Flow, Empowered Hormone Education & Nervous System Support with like-minded Women.
Rachel will guide us through a 60mins 'Yang to Yin' Yoga class. Starting with regulating breathwork going into a full bodied flow creating some warmth, leading into more cooling a hip opening Yin with longer held floor based postures.
The sequence is thoughtfully designed to support women navigating perimenopause, offering a balanced blend of gentle strength, fluid movement, and deep release. Expect accessible transitions, low-impact options, and an emphasis on tuning into your energy levels rather than pushing intensity. This warming phase supports circulation, helps regulate mood, and can ease common symptoms such as stiffness, fatigue, and restlessness.
As the body softens and the breath steadies, we transition into the yin portion of the practice. Long-held, supported postures target the hips, pelvis, and lower back—areas often holding tension during hormonal shifts. The Yin practise encourages deep release in the connective tissues while promoting a sense of grounding and calm. Closing with a deeply restorative savasana, allowing space for integration and relaxation.
This class is ideal for those seeking a nurturing, hormone-sensitive practice that builds warmth without overwhelm, and invites softness, support, and reconnection within.
Adele will be leading us through some somatic nervous system support to create a sense of safety in the body and flow into a conversational experience exploring hormones and the impact they have on entire wellbeing. There will be the opportunity to ask lots of questions, bust the myths and remove the overwhelm of conflicting information that is “out there”!
There will be plenty of time to chat over some homemade Protein & Fibre Full snacks to balance our Blood Sugars.
We can't wait for you to join us to educate & empower you through this next season of our lives.
