Working in pairs, you’ll move through a carefully structured circuit using TRX suspension training and bodyweight exercises. This partner-based format keeps energy high, adds accountability, and creates a motivating, supportive environment.
Each station is designed to challenge different muscle groups while enhancing core stability, balance, and coordination. Expect a blend of controlled strength work and purposeful intensity to help you build both physical power and mental resilience.
