Step away from the busyness of the build up to Christmas and into a magical Winter Wonderland, where you can unwind, slow down and connect with your true Christmas Spirit.
Pairing slow, mindful movement with guided, soothing breath, and set against a stunning 360° background, you can truly leave the world behind as you immerse yourself in this restorative and unique yoga experience.
This session will end with a special guided Scented Yoga Nidra, designed to help you experience your inner Christmas Spirit and embrace the season's messages or peace, harmony and connection. This is the only gift you need this Christmas

What to bring - please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any props you wish to use.
What to wear - please wear loose, comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely. Alternatively - please wear a Festive Jumper, t-shirt or even Christmas pyjamas (this is a judgement free zone!)
Please note - essential oils will be offered for Scented Yoga Nidra at the end of class. If you have an allergy to a particular essential oil, please get in touch PRIOR to the class.
Parking - on street parking is available on Avon Street. There are also a few accessible spaces on Hamilton Road outside the library. Parking is also available behind the Mandarin Restaurant, which is accessible via High Road or down a side street beside the restaurant.
The Immersive Room is located on the First Floor of the library, please enter the building and turn left to head upstairs. A lift is available for anyone who requires it.
