Specialising in yoga for sleep and deep rest, Yoga by the Gillian helps those who are overwhelmed by the symptoms of stress to nourish their nervous systems and find the rest they’ve been craving. With years of experience, supporting hundreds of students, I combine deep knowledge and passion with her genuinely caring down-to-earth approach.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, sleepless nights or simply need to carve out space to breathe and switch off – my classes offer more than movement. These classes are a sanctuary for calm and a space to be safely rest and relax. Through yoga, meditation and simple rituals for wellbeing, you will be supported to create your own routines that restore balance, promote more restful sleep and ultimately help you feel more like yourself again.

Refund policy

We are a small business so don't have the capacity to carry the cost of last minute cancellations and no-shows.

Here is my cancellation policy:

Workshops / Retreats / Events - No refunds unless your place can be filled (minus booking admin costs). No transfers.

Weekly classes - No refunds. Classes can be transferred via your booking confirmation email up to 48 hours before the class starts, if you are unable to attend.

Unused class passes are non-refundable.
