Welcome to Yoga Journey with June — a calm and supportive space to gently explore movement, improve mobility, and connect with your inner peace.

I’m June — a yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice in Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles.
Yoga has supported me through my own journey with low back pain, and as a healthcare professional, I’ve seen how mindful movement can support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Over the past few months, I’ve been guiding classes in the community, and I’m excited to continue sharing yoga in a way that feels welcoming, accessible, and grounding.

These beginner-friendly classes are thoughtfully designed to help you:

Build body awareness
Feel more balanced, both on and off the mat

Each session offers simple, accessible poses with options to suit your own pace. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply seeking a calm space to move and breathe, you are warmly invited to join me.
