Honouring Abundance
Details
A day retreat to celebrate and connect to the Celtic festival of Lammas, the first harvest. In the fullness of summer we come together to honour the abundance of life within and around us through movement, feasting, community and land connection.
Our retreat will be held in the beautiful lands of The Community Farm, an organic, not-for-profit farm overlooking the beautiful Chew Valley Lake.
This day will be lead by Leni and Babs, offering practices for us to connect to the magic of abundance. The morning will be largely held by Leni, offering yoga practices to support us to land into the space, our bodies & the group. After lunch, our afternoon will be facilitated by Babs, sharing practices to connect to the magic of herbs & plants, and creating potions to take away with us. We will also be supported by Beth Roberts, who will weave some song & voicework into the day.
Our schedule will look a little like this:
10am: arrivals, tea, walk the land
11am: opening circle + asana with Leni
12.3am: singing with Beth
1pm: lunch cooked up by Babs
2pm: herbal magic workshop with Babs
3.30pm: tea & cake break
4pm: yoga nida with Leni
4.30pm: closing circle
5pm: goodbyes
Difference, play and autonomy will be celebrated here! The structure of the day and our guidance will offer plenty of space for you to wriggle around and meet your own needs.
This forms part of my wider offerings over the year where, in the space between each seasonal Ritual + Practice course, I hold an event to celebrate the cross-quarter festivals of: Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane and Lammas.
Instructions
Retreat tickets are non-refundable once booked, unless the event is full and your place can be filled from the waiting list. You are also welcome to transfer your space to friend (just email me to keep me updated!)

A 1.5% + £0.20 booking fee applies to bookings with a cost.
