Cycling through seasons, join me for my first day retreat to celebrate the Celtic festival of Imbolc.
We gather to invite curiosity, softness and care as deep below the ground, life begins to rumble & stir from its wintery slumber.
We will connect to the deep rumblings of the earth, through movement, food, sound, connection, ritual and rest. No need for big intentions or direction, just making space to notice what is stirring in our individual and collective body as the light slowly returns. A time to reflect on the gifts of Winter and tentatively dream of what Spring might offer.
I am very happy to share that Babs Greaves (@theritualtable) will be joining me to offer their magical & soul nourishing food. All vegan and any further dietary requirements let me know as you book.
Our schedule will look a little like this:
🌱 soulful & accessible movement practice
🌱 delicious vegan lunch
🌱 sharing circle & Imbolc ritual
🌱 sweet treats & tea
🌱 yoga nidra & sound
🌱 closing circle
Difference, play and autonomy will be celebrated here! The structure of the day and my guidance will offer plenty of space for you to wriggle around and meet your own needs.
This forms part of my wider offerings over the year where, in the space between each seasonal Ritual + Practice course, I hold an event to celebrate the cross-quarter festivals of: Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane and Lammas.
