Class style...

Hatha and vinyassa flow yoga classes - I tend to make the classes strong and modify down for beginners, but also add on for more experienced yogis. Classes are for those really wanting to take precious time to really focus on themselves in a non-competitive environment.

So I will always give options in postures to simplify or intensify as required. If you want to work harder, I can include more vinyasa (flowing movement between postures) or you can skip the extra movement and just focus on improving the postures. I incorporate layers to a class in this way so beginners and experienced yogis can enjoy the classes.
The ethos of my classes is very much 'do what is good for you in that moment and what you do is always good enough.'

I take the time to work on the whole body and there is always lovely relaxation with guided meditation at the end. At the end of the class you should feel as though you have worked on yourself physically (to what ever degree is right for you on that day) as well as relaxed and mentally refreshed.
My aim is for you to leave the class feeling very different to when you arrived - closer to your best self!
