All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferrable to others, including: holidays, travel delays, missing public transport, work issues, arriving after the class has begun or changing your mind, and other similar issues that are not the fault of Yoga Path with Vimala.

Bookings, Transfer & Refunds
Policy February 2023

This relates to all face-to-face and online sessions and includes but not limited to notice of not being able to attend or being late by more than 15mins.

Late Arrival & Early Exit
Please do attend up to 15 minutes late.
If you need to leave a session early, please do so as quietly as possible after asana & before final relaxation, pranayama, or meditation.

Discounts
Bookings of four consecutive face-to-face classes receive an automatic discount of 15% when booking. NB: This does not apply to Online classes.

Monthly Pass - non-refundable, non-transferrable
This remains in force and covers ALL face-to-face classes. Passes do not include online live sessions nor recordings, private sessions, workshops, or other similar events.

Booking
Classes must be booked and paid for via the online booking software unless previous arrangements with Vimala have been agreed. The payment software fees have nothing to do with Vimala (Yoga Path with Vimala). I have the option to reveal the fees or hide them in costs, I chose to be transparent.

Recordings and live stream classes
These are available for some classes, please see the timetable. If there are internet issues/interference where the streaming is at no fault of the booker a refund will be made.

If you do not receive a recording within 24hrs please let Vimala know as soon as possible. She forgets sometimes!!

1:1 & Similar Private Sessions, Discounts and Notice to Transfer
Bookings must be made directly with Vimala and paid in full, in advance, at the beginning of the month. Discounted sessions are non-transferrable, for any reason whatsoever, no transfer nor refund is due to the booker.

If the booker pays full price (no discount applied) for a private session, then 48hrs notice is required by phone call or WhatsApp (emails can be lost in the ether) to have the booking transferred to the next available slot. No refunds are given for any reason whatsoever.

From time to time, you may be requested to swap your booking time or day, within the same week with a fellow yogi or if Vimala has an appointment that can’t be changed. Please try to accommodate where possible but not with undue inconvenience.

Exceptions:
If Vimala (Yoga Path with Vimala) is unable to host the class or cancels a class at any time regardless of notice period and for whatever reason a full refund will be given to the booker.

Lack of Yogi’s/Bookers and Late Bookings
Please note Vimala will assess the number of bookings for a class 24hrs prior and if a face-to-face class has less than 5 bookings Vimala may choose to cancel the venue and class or run the class via live stream only, from her home.

Therefore, to avoid this disappointing scenario please book as early as possible!

Your yoga practice, maintain a healthy physical & mental health fitness regime. Make it part of your life, don’t just “fit it in”.

Vimala

If the full class fee (no discount or pass used) has been paid and in the event of illness, please inform Vimala as soon as possible (not less than 6 hours prior to the class) by Whatsapp, SMS or phone call, a booking transfer will be made to the next available class space.  In the event of an Emergency please contact Vimala when you are able.

Online classes: the above policy applies and includes internet, hardware issues and non-connection via zoom (it is important you update zoom regularly.  The cancellation policy applies to all bookers.

Booking
All classes must be paid for at the time of booking online via the booking system. https://bookwhen.com/yogapathuk
Discount options: discounts and passes are offered for face to face classes. See tickets available when selecting a class. Discounts and passes are non-refundable and non-transferable to others - exemptions being an issue or fault of Yoga Path with Vimala or Covid 19 illness affecting Vimala or lockdown, where a full refund will be made to the booker.

Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals
Face to Face Classes: Cancellations should be made by contacting Vimala as soon as possible by Whatsapp, SMS or phone call, not less than 6 hours’ notice leaving a voicemail if no answer or busy.

We operate a strict 6-hour cancellation and class transfer policy for all bookings, all cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will be charged at the rate paid and no transfer made.

Exceptions will NOT be made for any reason, including but not limited to parking problems, illness, family illness, travel delays, missing buses or work issues, change of mind etc. No refund nor transfer will be given for the class if less than 6 hours’ notice is given by the booker.

If a booker fails to turn up for a live class without prior notice (“no-show”). No refund nor transfer will be given.

Late arrivals up to 15 mins will be allowed entry into the class.

Zoom Online Classes: the above policy applies and includes internet, hardware issues and non-connection via zoom (it is important you update zoom regularly.  The cancellation policy applies to all bookers.

Live Class Waiting Lists
When a space becomes available in a class prior to the class start time, the first user on the waiting list will be contacted given the option to book the class. The booker will need to confirm immediately if they wish to attend and then book the space or pay cash on arrival. The latter being if there is no time to book online. If confirmation is not received by the booking process within 45 minutes the next user on the waiting list will be given the booking option. Once the space has been confirmed, normal booking terms apply.

Private Groups and 1:1

• Please see ‘Face to Face’ class policy above and check the pre booking arrangements direct with Vimala

• Private 1:1 booking: a four week booking and prepayment via BACs transfer is necessary - please contact Vimala direct for mutual booking and payment arrangements. Cancellations are non refundable at any time.

Class Changes and Yoga Path with Vimala
If Vimala is unable to deliver a class that class will be cancelled and full refunds or booking transfer will be offered to the Booker.

If Vimala has to make a class time or day change and the Booker is unable to attend a booking transfer or full refund will be offered.

This cancellation policy applies to all bookers.
