SATURDAY WORKSHOP - Be Present: Balance, Strengthen, Lengthen

This Afternoon, BE Present and Explore your Connections to whole body breath and mind, but with a focus in to your Lower Body as you respond to both Strength and Length in a varied movement Practice. Standing poses awaken and Energise your entire body as the legs bear your weight & your posture is toned which helps bring you to Each Present Moment. Learn how to engage muscles that Stabilise you in order to help you centre yourself from the Feet Up and Improve your Balancing Skills. Release tension in legs and hips and feel sensations of lengthening and letting go. A range of movement including yoga, pilates and somatic techniques. Closes with a guided meditation and relaxation in Savasana.

PLEASE bring your mat, blanket and any props you like to feel comfortable.
I supply blocks bricks and yogabelts as appropriate.
